ðģ How do I pay for services?
We accept card, ACH bank transfer, or invoice links. First payment is due at booking. Billing options include weekly, net-15, or monthly.
ðïļ Do I need to keep a card on file?
Yes. A valid card is required for scheduling recurring services, to keep routes on track and avoid payment delays.
ð What if it rains on my mow day?
We’ll reschedule your visit within 1–2 business days and send an update via text or email.
âģ Can I skip a mow if the grass hasn’t grown?
Yes — just let us know 24 hours ahead. Frequent skips may adjust your billing plan.
ðŋ What’s included in lawn mowing?
All mowing plans include mowing, trimming, and blowing debris from driveways and walkways.
ðŠī Do you handle garden or bed weeding?
Yes! Bed weed control is included in Standard and Premium lawn packages. Additional services are available upon request.
ð Do you offer weed control or fertilizer programs?
We have a 3-tier Turf Health Program that includes weed treatment, fertilization, and seasonal care. Great for Northern Indiana lawns.
âŧïļ What is curbside pickup?
We offer curbside pickup for bagged yard waste, branches, or bundled debris. Pricing is based on volume starting at $40/load.
ð Where do you operate?
We service Kendallville, Avilla, Albion, Rome City, and surrounding NE Indiana communities.
ðĄïļ Are you insured?
Yes, HaulinPS is fully insured for residential and commercial property services.
